When you get creative, you need lots of supplies to use when the muse strikes. My DIY hoard is always undergoing change, and lots of rotation. It helps to keep your supply of objects to use in crafts well stocked.
Your diy hoard will differ from mine, because your needs will be different. Some of us paint with acrylic craft paints, so you'll need not only the paint, but the brushes and some way of preparing the item to paint.
For bead work you'll need the wire, needles and other tools, monofilament line, or whatever else you need to create your next masterpiece - and of course, the beads.
For rustic garden art, it never hurts to have some tie wire on hand, or recycled wire of any type. Depending on what you're creating, flexible wire with some strength is my wire of choice, either copper wire, or wire meant for tying re-bar together.
